We utilize the state-of-the-art Brother GTX Pro Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printer to ensure your designs pop with incredible vibrancy. Unlike traditional screen printing, our process allows for unlimited colors and high-resolution detail, meaning no concept is too complex for us to handle
Quality You Can Feel
We primarily print on Gildan Softstyle cotton garments, which consistently deliver excellent quality. If you choose to provide your own apparel, it must be at least 30% cotton to ensure the best results.
Please note that Modal is incompatible with our process unless the garment is white.
Our Professional DTG Process
01 Pre-treatment
We apply a specialized water-based solution to ensure the inks bond perfectly to the fabric.
02 Platen Loading
Your garments are carefully loaded onto the printer to ensure perfect alignment.
03 Precision Printing
Our industrial print heads apply your design with careful precision.
04 Heat-Curing
We heat-cure every garment to set the inks for maximum durability and a soft-to-the-touch finish.
Printing Production Costs
Our standard printing rates are applied to each garment based on the location of your design:
Single-Sided Print: $12.00 per garment
Double-Sided Print: $15.00 per garment
Additional Locations (Sleeves, etc.): Add $3.00 per location

The more you produce, the more you maximize your budget. These tiers apply a credit directly to your printing fees only, not the cost of garments.
36 Units: 7.5% Production Credit
90 Units: 15% Production Credit
144 Units: 22.5% Production Credit
200+ Units: 30% Production Credit
